I made it
!! Well...almost. I've been eating really well today, I've only had fish and mushrooms and broccoli so far today. And I feel like I'm a new person. My goal after today is just to have healthier eating habits. I really think I'm able to do that. I'm still gonna follow up tomorrow with my final results but I'm so glad I made it through and I hope I've inspired some people to go out and do this diet, or make up your own, or just start taking care of your body.
